How to backup your graph in Logseq?
- •
The short answer: once a week, open ⋯ → Export graph → Export both SQLite DB and assets, then copy the .zip off your computer (external drive or cloud folder). That one file holds your notes, settings and attachments.

What Logseq already does

Web browser
- •
Your graph lives inside the browser, so clearing site data deletes it. Each browser and profile is separate.
- •
The .zip export works in any browser and lands in Downloads.
- •
Chrome, Edge and Brave on a computer can also make hourly copies: ⋯ → Export graph → Set backup folder first. These have no attachments.
- •
Firefox, Safari and phone browsers can't make hourly copies.

Before a big change (bulk edit, import, new plugin), press Cmd/Ctrl+S for a quick checkpoint. These copies are never deleted automatically.
- •
⚠️ Sync is not a backup. Deletes spread to all your devices, and there's no "restore from yesterday". Keep making your own backups.
